A-Z Poem
Alpha Beta Gamma Delta… Without fail I still know my Greek Alphabet.
Burton Hollow Swim Club, my home during the summertime.
Cross country, my pain and passion rolled into one.
“Dustin Otis Griffith,” my dog’s name so his initials spell DOG.
Every night I try to get a good night’s rest, typically eight hours a night.
Fun-loving and I'm always looking for another adventure.
Going to travel the world one day.
Had to persevere through chickenpox when I was in the first grade.
Ice Ice Baby by Vanilla Ice is one of my guilty pleasures.
Jersey is where some of my family reside.
K the atomic symbol for Potassium, which is found in my favorite fruit Bananas!
Low-key car enthusiast, ready to look for ones next summer too!
Mornings are my favorite, you could call me an “Early Bird”.
Never traveled south of Washington DC, but hope to soon.
Orchestra member along as a dedicated band member.

Quinoa is a staple food at my house.

Sleigh Ride is my all time favorite Christmas song.
Track season coming soon, winter conditioning has pumped for a great season.
Usually you can find me re-watching episodes of my favorite TV show Bones.
Wanting my drivers license more than anything right now! (Only eight months left!)
Xtra Cheddar Goldfish are an indulgence I constantly crave.
Young for my grade, even some freshman are older than I am!
Zelia is my bratty sister who you may have next year as a freshman!
We seem to be very similar, I like your poem a lot and the little humor in it.

ReplyDeleteGreat effort! I love the name of your dog, that is so funny. Also, I am surprised to hear you are young for your age as you are so much more mature than most sophomores. Constructive notes: There is no need to capitalize "banana" and I would have the shorter lines closer in length to the longer ones so it flows more smoothly.
