Katie's Utopia

Walking up and down main street seeing everyone with smiling faces. The atmosphere is filled with joy and cheerfulness  throughout the holiday season.Every building and tree is strung with bright bold lights. Colors range from the red of Rudolph's nose to the bold color of turquoise ocean water on a sunny day. Looking around the city, you see tons of joyful people skating on the ice rink or walking through the decorated city. As you look up at the tallest buildings in the city you see the biggest and oldest spirited vivacious man throughout the Christmas holiday, Santa. Each and every light post has a sky blue snowflake to express the joy of holiday season approaching. As walking throughout the city looking at all the decor many people stop for short brief conversations  to make someone's day brighter in the holiday season. The city is filled with joy, and excitement.

"Pow pow" the sound of thunderstorms. The dark and full city is not lite with any lights. The small dark city contains many crabby, cranky people. When walking by no one waves to you or says anything, they just ignore you and keep walking. Many people are walking really fast by you as in they are in a rush to get to work. Since the economy is poor in this part of the city many people have to walk to work, because they can't afford a car. When watching people walk to work you notice that many of the buildings are dark black colors. The buildings and houses are small petite places. Most of them are made up of stone and bricks that look like they are falling apart. The dark city awaits you.
